Exchange of Item due to change of mind is not valid. Used items are not subject for refund or replacement. For cases of damaged or incomplete/wrong items received, customer must message us within 7 days upon receipt.
The following information must be provided for further checking of concern:
- Order Number
- Photos of Item received
- Details of concern
Once verified, refund will be processed within 3-5 banking days.
